COVID-19 NOTICE: We recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your booking as we will not be able to offer any refunds outside of our cancellation policies as described below.

Check-in time is 3 PM
Check-out time is 11 AM

If you plan on arriving after 9 PM, please call or text us at 360-302-3447 to inform us of your plans. Depending on the time of check-in, some additional arrangements may need to be made before your arrival to help ensure an efficient and problem-free check-in process after 9 PM.

***No smoking or candles of any kind are permitted in any of the inn rooms or guesthouse. Smoking is in outside designated areas on the property only.

***No pets in the inn rooms or guesthouse. Dogs are allowed at the tent sites (up to 2 dogs per tent site). Dogs staying at tent sites must be leashed and supervised at all times. (We do free-range our chickens on the property).

***No cooking in the inn rooms. This is prohibited due to health code, fire safety, and lingering odor concerns. Hot plates, electric or propane griddles, hibachis, or any other cooking apparatus are not permitted inside the inn rooms. The guesthouse has a full kitchen and is, therefore, excluded from this particular policy.

Additional occupants above the maximum occupancy for each room type or tent site is prohibited unless approved by us. With the exception of children, additional fees will be incurred per occupant per night over the max occupancy specified for each room type. Other sleeping accommodations for approved additional occupants must be brought with you.

We do not provide cots or roll-away beds for additional occupants. If you reserved a tent site, you must bring your own tent, as we do not have any onsite. Trailers and RV’s are not permitted as shelters at the tent sites. Car and van camping are allowed at sites T5, T6, and T7 only.

If you are providing or have provided us with a mobile phone number in your reservation details, we will text you detailed check-in information on the morning of your arrival date. Please feel free to text us your phone number at 360-302-3447, or email it to us at reservations@emeraldvalleyinn.com. We can also email this information to you upon request. Please be sure to identify the name under whom the reservation is made.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules are subject to fines starting at $75.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit of the total stay cost, plus tax, is due at time of booking. The balance of your stay cost will be collected at any time within the 30-day, non-refundable cancellation window.

 

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of the deposit will be issued if your reservation is cancelled outside of a 30-day window of the scheduled check-in date. Inside of this 30-day window, the full cost of the booking, including tax, is non-refundable.
